I have been a fervent witness to the growth of your company. I consider your company as the biggest manufacturer of the latest and the most updated printers in the field. With regard to technology, your product is always my first, if not the only, choice. I have always found the product to be rock solid and the support to be beyond belief. I can actually pick up the phone and talk directly with your people. And once again as expected you went beyond our expectations once again.
From a business perspective, Hewlett Packard is still one of the most cost-effective products on the market. In a field of vendors where you get ridiculously cost-penalized for buying a better machine, Hewlett Packard remains a solid "deal"; one of the few who do not behave like most vendors. They could easily, and reasonably, sell their product and services for far, far more, and yet they opt to be more economical. Hewlett Packard printers are very affordable for the smallest shop as it is for the largest.
From a company and human perspective, HP has a team of skilled technical masters in their own fields come together to specialize your common gift. Surely you get excited about new advances in the field, but are experienced and discerning enough to not be caught up in all the hype. You are innovative enough to understand the needs of your consumers, but are proficient enough to make that system perform to the best of its ability. That is why you made it beyond your expected forecast.
